PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #7

Happy Hump Day Everyone! Every now and then I find a workout on Instagram that I just have to try so today's workout will be from Jaacobbruce's page. 

Part 1: Warm up those shoulders! We are putting PIVOT gRIPS to the test. Today's workout is more for pull-up bar skill work and is meant for advanced athletes. You can still scale by doing less reps or practice your kipping movements! Wrist support and hand protection are a must for this one so enjoy your wrist wraps! 

Part 2: 6 Rounds For Time of:

8 Pullups

7 Chest-to-bar pull-ups

6 Bar Muscle Ups

(Get as many rounds as you can unbroken)

In other news, we received a small order of shirts for marketing! A fellow member ordered them for us. A lot of people like to rag on Crossfit and say that we are a "cult," but in reality, a gesture like this is why I continue to do this sport. Out of the goodness of their heart, a good friend of mine wanted to help us out as we start our company. No global gym can provide the "family" atmosphere that we see in every Crossfit gym all over the world. No matter what ability, weight, shape, size, gender, we accept everyone and are the true "judgement free community." Watch out Planet Fitness.......
