PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #60

I made it through a week of morning workouts and the waking up part certainly hasn't gotten easier. I do have to say that I feel much better throughout the day and still notice a huge increase in my metabolism. My stress level also went from 100 to 25 leaving work now that I am not in a rush to get to the gym. I am definitely going to stick with it though! My morning workouts are 20 minutes at the most so I make sure that they are quite potent. 12 Days of Christmas style workouts are one of my favorites so I figured I would do "12 Days of Summer." Give this a try!

1 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95LB

2 Front Squat 135/95LB

3 Hang Clean 135/95LB

4 Deadlift 135/95LB

5 Jump Over 30" Box

6 Burpees

7 Toes-to-bar

8 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch at 50/35Lb 

9 Wallballs

10 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk at 50/35LB. Do 5 on Left and 5 on Right

11 Calorie Assault Bike

120 Double Unders

Perform this workout like the song. Do 1 shoulder to overhead. Then 2 front squats and 1 shoulder to overhead. Then 3 hang cleans, 2 front squats, 1 shoulder to overhead. Then 4 deadlift, 3 hang cleans, 2 front squats, 1 shoulder to overhead, etc,etc
