PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #6

Crossfit Open Season is about 5 short weeks away! Preparation is key and we all know that Dave Castro will announce a high volume pull-up bar movement. PIVOT gRIPS will keep your hands healthy and protect your wrists at the same time. Tackling anaerobic and aerobic workouts is key to being successful in the Opens. This one should hurt!

Part 1: Warm up for a solid 10 minutes. Loosen up your hips and shoulders thoroughly.

For Time:

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of Thrusters and Pull-ups. Men's RX weight is 95 and Women's is 65. Scale accordingly. If you don't have pull-ups, ring rows will suffice. Try using a band and get some pull-ups in!
