PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #57

Happy Father's Day everyone! I apologize for the lack of posts this past few months. With the wedding and honeymoon, things were a little crazy, but I hope to share my workouts with everyone, which will be mostly tailored to using PIVOT gRIPS. Some of them may be some simple workouts that you can do in your house/apartment/condo. As many of you may know, I work in lower Manhattan and have a one hour and thirty minute commute minimum each way. As a result, there are days when time is limited for me and I can be more efficient with my free time by working out in our apartment. 

The workout I am posting today, was actually done on Friday. I saw the Crossfit Triple 3 Workout and wanted to do something similar, but with a twist. I decided on a 2000M Ski Erg, 200 Double-Unders and a 2 Mile Run with my 20lb weighted vest for time. This was in lieu of the original workout, which is a 3000M Row, 300 Double-Unders and a 3 Mile Run.


This workout doesn't necessarily need PIVOT gRIPS, but you can use them with the ski erg if your hands are really tender or if you are nursing a rip.
