PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #56

I tend to indulge on the weekends with regards to food consumption. That being said, I try to do longer "calorie burner" workouts because I am not crunched for time. Today I did the following workout, which was way worse than I expected. Give it a shot!

20 Dumbbell Cleans 50/35

10 Burpee MU's

50 Cal Bike
