For me, the weekend is a time to rest and relax, but I also have some extra time to spend at the gym so I program a workout that is slightly longer than my typical Monday through Friday plan. I am a big fan of long EMOM's to make some room for my cheat meals. Give this a shot and wear your pivot grips!
Part 1: Warm up to 80% of your 1 RM C&J then
10 Minute EMOM
1 C&J at 80%
Part 2: 30 Minute EMOM
3-5 Burpee Ring or Bar MU
10-12 Box Jump Overs(24"/20")
10-15 Toes to bar
14-16 Alternating Dumbbell snatch (50/35)
40-60 DU or 100-120 SU
