Who is excited for open workout 18.4!? Tonight I was supposed to do 18.1, but decided to modify it a bit. I know programming is important, but sometimes it is nice to just "wing" it. From my post last night, I told everyone to do 18.1, which was 8 Toes-To-Bar, 10 Alternating Dumbbell Cleans(50/35lbs) then a 14/12 Calorie Row. My gym just got a ski erg, which I am obsessed with and I wanted to lift something relatively heavy, so I did the following:
20 Minute AMRAP of....
1 Snatch at Body Weight
10 Alternating Dumbbell Cleans(50/35Lbs)
12 Cal Ski Erg
