PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #48

With the open going on, programming is difficult to maintain, but we love seeing workouts announced that are perfect for PIVOT gRIPS. Repeating these workouts will help prepare you mentally and physically for the upcoming year. Our goal is to improve in every aspect possible. We want to be fitter, faster, healthier, more efficient, stronger, etc. When a workout involves a pull-up bar and a barbell, we want to protect our hands from tearing, but we also want a natural grip with the barbell. PIVOT gRIPS will keep your transitions fast and your hands healthy. It is the little things that amount to overall success! We should all be investing in these "little things" that provide immediate improvement so that we can focus on the training and preparation aspect, which can take months or years.
