PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #46

The blogs are back! It has been a very busy few months with our new product release and filing for our patent. On top of that, our wedding is quickly approaching. I recently developed a brutal EMOM workout that is quite the calorie burner and wanted to share it with everyone. Don't forget to warm up and wear your PIVOT gRIPS!

40 Minute EMOM(Every minute on the minute)

Minute 1: Alternating dumbbell snatch(53/35) 

Minute 2: 10-15 GHD Situps(Be careful with these and do them correctly! If you don't have a GHD machine, substitute this with situps or toes-to-bar)

Minute 3: 3 Ring Muscle Ups followed by 3-5 Ring Dips(Substitute ring muscle ups with bar muscle ups or ring rows and 5 burpees instead of the dips)

Minute 4: 30-50 DU(If you don't have double-unders, do 100-120 single under jump ropes)
