PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #45

With all of the weddings and celebrations, clean eating has been very difficult due to lack of time and being on the go constantly. I like to incorporate more "calorie burners" in my weekly workouts when I tend to eat a few more unhealthy meals than normal. We will continue to update our fans as we receive news from our manufacturer for PIVOT gRIPS Elite. They are coming I swear! Try this workout out if you want to get in and out of the gym relatively fast, but still want to work up a sweat and challenge yourself.

Part 1: Warm up for 5-10 Minutes. I like to get my heart rate up pretty high when I warm up so I like to run, bike or row then actively warm up my hips, lower back and shoulders.

Part 2:

40 Floor Wipers holding a 135/95 Lb Barbell

30 Ring Dips

20 HSPU

Run 10 Laps(Approximately 3000 Meters at our gym)
