PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #40

We are in Cape Cod for a long weekend and Sunday is typically my rest day, but yesterday was a low volume day and tomorrow will be as well. I felt it necessary to get my heart rate up slightly and perform a couplet EMOM for 10 minutes. Pushups and Air squats are your best friend when gym equipment and weightlifting gear is non-existent or limited. A workout like this is better than nothing for those of you who even have trouble with 30 minute ones. Stay active no matter what!

10 Minute EMOM

Minutes 0/2/4/6/8-25 Air Squats

Minutes 1/3/5/7/9-20 Pushups

You can scale if necessary! Try and pick a challenging rep scheme and maintain it throughout.
