Today's workout is quick yet very effective

20 Minute EMOM

Minute 1: 50 DU

Minute: 2: 5 Burpee Muscle Ups

Minute 3: 12 Toes to Bar

Minute 4: 10 Kettlebell strict press(Pick a challenging weight)

Repeat. Each movement will be done 5 times. Enjoy!
