Another beautiful day here in Connecticut! Get outside and enjoy it! Today's workout will definitely benefit from using wrist wrips and hand grips. There will be a lot of pullup bar work so wear your favorite PIVOT gRIPS gloves and get after it!

Part 1: 60 Minute AMRAP

Run 800M

2 Rounds of 5 Muscle Ups, 10 Toes to Bar, 15 KB Swings(70/53lbs)

Row 500M

2 Rounds of 5 Muscle Ups, 10 Toes to Bar, 15 KB Swings(70/53lbs)

Assault Bike 1 Mile

2 Rounds of 5 Muscle Ups, 10 Toes to Bar, 15 KB Swings(70/53lbs)

Repeat Pattern...start back with the 800M Run
