PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #31

The work week is over! Most of us have the day off, which means we can take our time. The weather is supposed to be gorgeous here in Connecticut so getting outside for today's workout is a must!

Part 1: 10 Minutes to establish a heavy snatch of the day

Part 2: 10 Minutes to Establish a heavy clean & jerk of the day

Part 3: 20 Minute EOMOM(Every Other Minute on the Minute)

Minute 0: Run 300-400 Meters then 3-5 Muscle Ups

Minute 2: Run 300-400 Meters then 12 Toes-to-Bar

Minute 4: Run 300-400 Meters then 3-5 Muscle Ups

Minute 6: Run 300-400 Meters then 12 Toes-to-Bar

Follow this pattern. You will run 10 times and do 5 rounds of muscle ups and 5 rounds of toes-to bar.

PIVOT gRIPS will be your friend for this one! Hand protection is a must for this workout. Use the best 2 in 1 gloves/grips out there and have wrist wraps/straps at the same time!
