PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #27

As many of you are aware, the 5 weeks during the Crossfit Open throw off any sort of programming that you may be doing. As a result, we haven't posted anything in a while. As many of you are also aware, the North East is about to get hammered with a snow storm. Chances are you will not be going to the gym if you live in this region. We have a rower at our disposal so today's workout will be simple and great for endurance.

Part 1: Warm up and foam roll the hips and back

Part 2: 50-40-30-20-10-20-30-40-50 Calorie Row. Rest 1:1 between Calories. We got this from our friends over at Crossfit Override and thought it would be a good one.
