Hi everyone! I apologize for not posting in a few days. I have been under the weather. Today I pushed through a workout that I thought wouldn't be all that bad, but it ended up becoming pretty brutal.
Part 1: Warm up! Hips, lower back and shoulders will thank you. Spend about 10 minutes.
Part 2: 21 minute EMOM
Minute 1: 1 Hang clean, 1 full clean, 1 jerk. You pick the weight. Challenge yourself!
Minute 2: 10 GHD Situps
Minute 3: 1 Turkish Get Up on each side. I used a 53lb kettlebell
