Part 1: Warm up for 5-7 Minutes. Choose your favorites!

Part 2: Warm up to you 75% Front Squat Max then perform 4 sets of 8 at that weight.

Part 3:

10 Minute AMRAP(As many rounds as possible)

10 Snatch(95/65). They can be power or squat, but every rep must be from the floor

10 Burpee box jump over(24/20")
