PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #15

Part 1: Warm up. Pick a few of your favorite upper and lower body stretches then focus on your choices for a couple of minutes each. 

Part 2: Back Squat 5x5. Warm up to roughly your 75-80% max and then perform 5x5 at that weight. Use a spotter and challenge yourself!

Part 3: 14 minute AMRAP(As many rounds as possible)

5 Power Snatch(135/95)

10 Bar facing burpees

15 Box jumps(24/20")

This should be brutal! Push yourself. The mind fails well before the body does.
