PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #14

We received great news today! A small shipment of PIVOT gRIPS 2.0 is on the way! In celebration of this exciting day, we felt the need to do a workout that really tests these puppies out.

Part 1: Row, bike or jog for 2 minutes then warm up the shoulders with our favorite windmill and around the world movements with a PVC pipe.

Part 2: We are getting ready for the open so in honor of that, perform the following for time

27-21-15-9-3 of Calorie Row and Chest to bar pullups.

If you don't have chest to bar, perform regular pullups. If you don't have regular pullups, perform banded pullups. If you don't have banded pullups, perform ring rows.
