PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #12

I entered the gym today thinking I was going to work on my olympic lifting. I started off doing this until i was coaxed into doing a partner WOD(Workout of the Day) with three of my fellow gym rats. It was awful, but in a good way. Try this with someone of similar strength!

Part 1: Warm up everything. Hips, back, shoulders, etc. This one can become taxing very quick!

Part 2: For Time with a partner

50 Hang squat cleans(135/95)

50 Handstand Pushups

50 Thrusters(135/95)

50 Box Jump overs(24/20")

50 Overhead Squats(135/95)

50 Chest to bar pullups

You can of course scale the weight! You can also scale hand stand pushups to seated dumbell/kettlebell press or put your feet on a box and do an "assisted HSPU." Pullups in lieu of chest to bar are also fine. If pullups are tough, ring rows will work or banded pullups. Challenge yourself!
