PIVOT gRIPS Daily Workout #16

As Monday approaches as well as the open, technique and endurance are critical for those 5 weeks. I am a huge Olympic lifting fan and have been trying different complexes lately that really test your form, strength and muscular endurance. Today's workout will tackle weight, speed, cardio and technique.

Part 1: Warm up! 

Part 2: Warm up to approximately your 65-75% max for the snatch and clean movements.

10 Minute EMOM(Every minute on the minute)

Minute 1: 1 Hang Clean, 2 back squats, 1 behind the neck push jerk, 1 hand clean(Do not drop the bar)

Minute 2: 10-12 GHD Situps

Rest 5 Minutes

10 Minute EMOM

Minute 1: 1 Power snatch, 1 drop snatch, 1 hang squat snatch, 2 overhead squats

Minute 2: 40-60 DU or 100-120 SU
